Loved this book. John Saul never disappoints with his stories.
No part of this book is more memorable than John Saul's other classics, but it was simply an enjoyable, easy read. No strings attached - you can manage to put it down when you have to, and it's easy to pick back up and become engrossed once again.
John Saul spins a web so well it is hard to get out. It feels as if you are there watching the story unfold, crossing into a world outside of your own. I put this book right up there with The Homing, which will always be one of my favorites.
Topical John Saul. This book grabs you from the very beginning and draws you into the story. A story to be enjoyed by all science fiction fans.
This book was ok. Like most John Saul stories, they land in the middle. Well for me they do. But every so often I get a craving for them and have to read another. So no, this won't be my last one.
This is my second time reading this book. The first time I read it in just one weekend!! Page turner!! Thrilling and scary!! Starts a little slow but HOLD ON TO YOUR SEAT!!!!
I first read this book years ago when I was in High School. Do not read this book at night. It will scare you to death. I picked it back up after 10 years or so and even after all that time it still scared the crap out of me. The whole mood of the book is just eerily haunting. I loved it.
